That’s the philosophy that makes Jeff Glick a leader in the field of visual journalism. He goes where few others want to or can and immerses himself in all parts of the process.

Jeff empowers those he works with through coaching, mentoring and training. He believes in collaboration and maintaining a positive, fun and professional environment that inspires creativity and innovation.

As a veteran manager, he’s handled staffing, budgets, and the issues that come with working with staffs as small as five and as big as 100. If Jeff has a design style it’s to tell stories in a simple, straightforward and very accessible way. Sometimes less is more.

A bit about Jeff.
Jeff has worked and lived all over the U.S. He has redesigned more than 30 newspapers. He built a design studio and staffed it from scratch. He created the first newspaper multimedia informational graphics department. He designed websites, converged newsrooms, tackled web-width projects and managed the launch of new products as well as lectured all over the country.

He’s worked with groups such as U.S. News & World Report, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, The Dallas Morning News and The Virginian-Pilot, while winning awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, Online News Association, Society for News Design, National Press Photographers Association, PRINT, Florida Society of Newspaper Editors and numerous state press associations.
